Description

A meticulously attended vineyard that produces a keeper wine. This is an elegant wine and perfumed with cherry and raspberry undertones. Every sip calls for another to follow. Hand crafted in small t-bin fermenters, punched down three times a day after a 5 day cold soak then gravity drained into 100% French oak barrels, 50% second year, where it aged for 11 months before a single, gentle racking, just prior to bottling unfiltered. Brilliant ruby red, full body with enough tannins to age gracefully for years to come. 50 cases produced
