A classic Sonoma Coast Single Vineyard Pinot Noir, this wine displays darker fruit flavors with a hint of roasting coffee aromas.
The vineyard, located in the Petaluma Gap, was hand harvested at the crack of dawn, the fruit was then hand sorted and de-stemmed like all of our fruit. Cold soaked for five days and left to warm up and ferment with native yeasts for fourteen days total 'on skins'. Three gentle (on the wine not on us) punch downs per day. Gravity drained to French oak barrels from François Frères with the usual single racking just prior to bottling unfiltered. 202 cases produced
