2009 Stomping Girl Pinot Noir - Lauterbach Hill Vineyard (Sold Out)

Produced from a vineyard located in a prime Russian River Pinot growing area, this wine typifies its location. Bright cherry and strawberry fruit with enough silk to spin a kimono. Elegance is the operative word. Following our hand crafting protocol we cold soaked for 4 days following by another ten days of active fermentation. The wine was then gravity drained into 100% French oak (30% second year barrels) and left to age on lees. A single racking prior to bottling followed. Unfiltered. 120 cases produced
