Description

A deep, earthy Pinot Noir with dark fruit notes, nice structure and velvety tannins. The grapes were hand-sorted and de-stemmed, cold soaked, and then punched down several times per day. Aged in a combination of new and used French oak barrels from François Frères to let the flavors and structure develop. A hundred percent Lone Oak Vineyard from the Santa Lucia Highland Appellation.
