Our single-vineyard designate Pinot Noirs come from carefully selected vineyards. Our vineyards are in located in prime Pinot Noir growing regions and are known for producing excellent Pinot Noir exemplifying the true characteristics of the variety. Split Rock - Sonoma Coast
Beresini Vineyard - CarnerosSteve Beresini farms a small vineyard in Carneros that has been producing world class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for many years by the likes of wineries such as MacRostie. The vineyard was planted in 1989 making it one of the more mature Pinot vineyards around. Coronoa Creek Hill Side - Sonoma CoastCorona Creek vineyard owners, Janet Seddon and Chris Ritcey have a unique vineyard and one which we are very lucky to secure fruit from. Their vineyard is only one part of their 20 acre farm, actually a very diverse farm where they grow olive trees, fruit and vegetables renowned for their high quality in the Sonoma area. Lauterbach Hill Vineyard - Russian River Valley
Lauterbach vineyard is located off of River Road behind Martinelli vineyards, in fact it is farmed by Bill Martinelli Jr. who also tends to the Martinelli vineyards. Stew Lauterbach takes pride in his property and also makes vineyard designate Pinot Noir and Syrah from his own grapes. Sustainable growing practices is a priority, evident by the birds of prey calling boxes and the owl boxes strewn around the vineyard. We sourced Pommard and Dijon clone from Stew in 2009 and are very happy with the results so far. If the wine in the barrels is any indication, which it should be, the end result will be just delicious. Lone Oak - Santa Lucia Highlands
Lone Oak vineyard is located in the northern part of the Santa Lucia Highlands appellation, near Monterey, California. The vineyard's mix of alluvial rocky soils, martime breezes and morning fog influence the wine toward a classically structured Pinot Noir with a good balance of ripeness and acidity. The Santa Lucia Highlands has a very long growing season which results in more mature grapes that allow more complex flavors to develop in the wine. Located in the southern part of the Sonoma Coast appellation. Split Rock benefits from the cooling maritime influences of the Pacific Ocean. This sustainable vineyard is planted on rocky soils at between 300 and 800 feet above sea level.
