We handcraft Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in small lots using traditional winemaking practices. Traditional winemaking means night harvests to ensure cool fruit enters the winery; hand sorting to include only the best clusters; gentle, slow fermentations to extract the delicate nuances from the Pinot Noir grape; gentle, whole cluster pressing of Chardonnay. With minimal intervention, we strive to produce balanced wines that reflect the variety, their vineyard origins and the vintage. We use very little new oak in aging the wines, with typically one single racking prior to bottling.  We bottle all of our wines un-fined and unfiltered.  Pure.
